Online bidding has already reached almost $250,000 for solid gold perfect super clone Omega Speedmaster watches that was owned and frequently worn by the first man to set foot on the moon, Neil Armstrong.

The UK 1:1 replica watches is one of 28 made for a celebratory dinner in 1969 at which president Richard Nixon was given the first production model of the yellow gold Moonwatch with burgundy bezel.

The second numbered edition was given to vice president Spiro Agnew, while numbers 3-28 went to NASA astronauts.

Mr Armstrong, commander for the Apollo 11 moon-landing mission was given number 17 of the series.

His high quality super clone watches‘ caseback is engraved: “Astronaut Neil A. Armstrong, Gemini 8 – Apollo 11.”

All of the 28 fake watches for sale were also engraved with, “To mark man’s conquest of space with time, through time, on time.”

Half of the hammer price from the auction, run by RR Auctions and ending on April 17, will be donated to charities selected by Mark Armstrong, the late astronaut’s son.

“This top super clone watches UK, which my father liked to wear on special occasions, symbolises one of the most remarkable achievements in the history of mankind,” Mark Armstrong says.

“A substantial portion of the proceeds from the sale of this cheap copy watches will benefit charitable causes my father believed in, furthering the impact that he and many other Americans made to humanity more than half a century ago.”

While the existence of the watch, and even the name of its private owner, is known in watch collecting circles, it has never before come to market, so its pre-sale estimate of $2 million is something of a moon-shot, particularly since demand for vintage Swiss movements Omega super clone watches has been affected by the creation and subsequent authentication by Omega’s museum team, of a tropical dial Speedmaster that turned out to be a Frankenstein piece that used parts from a number of other watches.

RR Auctions has previously sold replica watches shop UK from the same series that was given to Wally Schirra, the first astronaut to go into space three times and the only one to have flown into space in NASA’s Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo programmes.

That example sold for almost $2 million in October 2022.

The auctioneer describes Neil Armstrong’s Swiss made Omega Speedmaster super clone watches as in very good cosmetic decision. It has scuffs to the bezel and caseback, which collectors will view as evidence that it has not been polished or modified in any way.

It is sold with an ‘Extract from the Archives’ certificate from Omega, which confirms it is a “Special numbered edition to celebrate the ‘Apollo XI’ moon landing.”
